Air Materiel Command

A former major command of the US Air Force headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. AMC was responsible for research, development, and logistics, and it housed the Air Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC), which directly managed the military's official UFO programs. It was the destination for physical evidence, photographs, and reports gathered from UFO sightings worldwide.
