A Joint Operations Center is a centralized command and control facility utilized by military commanders to monitor and direct tactical and operational activities. These centers aggregate real-time intelligence, sensor data, and field reports to maintain situational awareness. Within UAP archives, JOCs are frequently the first nodes to receive and log reports of anomalous aerial vehicles detected by radar or visual observers.
Acts as the initial military command node for receiving, logging, and escalating real-time UAP encounters.
