The 609th Air Operations Center is the US Air Force unit that mans the Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, directing air operations in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility. It produces the daily air tasking order and monitors regional airspace on behalf of the Combined Forces Air Component Commander. Its radar and surveillance networks are used to identify unauthorized or anomalous objects entering coalition airspace.

Monitors Middle Eastern airspace and serves as a collection point for UAP radar tracks and pilot reports in the CENTCOM region.
