The Apollo Lunar Module (LM) was the lander spacecraft flown by NASA during the Apollo program to achieve the first crewed landings on the Moon. Built by Grumman, it consisted of a descent stage and an ascent stage. In UAP and space anomaly literature, the LM is frequently mentioned in the context of astronaut sightings, anomalous radio transmissions, and alleged encounters with unknown craft on or near the lunar surface.
