Gulf of Mexico

An ocean basin and marginal sea of the Atlantic Ocean, largely surrounded by the North American continent. The Gulf has been the site of numerous military and civilian UAP sightings, including radar tracks and visual encounters by naval and commercial vessels. It is a heavily monitored maritime region due to its proximity to southern US military installations.
