Alex Rosen

Alex Rosen was an Assistant Director of the FBI who oversaw the General Investigative Division. His name is a fixture on the routing slips of declassified FBI memos from the 1940s through the 1960s, including numerous files concerning UFO sightings, Project Blue Book, and the monitoring of contactees. Rosen played a role in managing the Bureau's investigative response to the flying saucer phenomenon.
