A collection of FBI officials and executives whose names were pre-printed on the standard routing slips of internal FBI memoranda during the J. Edgar Hoover administration. Because their names were part of the memo template, they appear on nearly all declassified FBI files regarding flying discs, Roswell, and UFO hoaxes from the late 1940s and early 1950s.
