Trotter

Trotter was an administrative official or agent within the FBI during the tenure of J. Edgar Hoover. His name appears on the standard routing blocks of internal FBI memoranda, including declassified files related to unidentified flying objects and the Bureau's correspondence with the Air Force. He functioned within the intelligence routing network of the FBI.
